About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end programmes spanning hardware, firmware, and software development. Your responsibilities include developing Integrated Master Schedules, managing programme financials, leading phase-gate reviews, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will also support new business pursuits and mentor junior programme managers.

About You

Required:

Experience managing complex product development programmes, not IT or software-only projects.
Background in hardware-led systems (defence, avionics, embedded systems, electronics, or similar).
Confidence leading PDR/CDR events and constructively challenging engineering teams.
Strong ownership of schedule recovery, cost control, and risk management.
Experience acting as the customer-facing lead on active contracts.
US Citizenship (ITAR environment).

Preferred:

A BS or MS in Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience aligned to TPM I, TPM II, or TPM III, depending on background.
Exposure to defence or regulated product development environments.
Familiarity with formal lifecycle and compliance frameworks (DO-178 / DO-254 / DO-160 a plus).
