About You
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of medical device development experience, including 6+ years in program management.
- Proven success managing complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong technical background in device invention, testing, and validation.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in risk management, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, PMP certification, and Six Sigma.
- Understanding of medical device software development and validation.
