About You
- Active Licensed Architect.
- 15-20 years of architectural experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior-level capacity.
- Strong client communication and executive presence.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating fees and managing service contracts.
- Proven expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and operational leadership.
- Experience managing projects beyond the drawing process.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Team management and mentorship experience.
- Background in public-sector or public-safety projects.
- Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint.
- SME-level expertise in multifamily projects.
- Experience in healthcare, education, aviation, distribution/logistics, or themed entertainment sectors.
- Strong business development background.
