Your key responsibilities include leading mechanical design using SolidWorks, managing multiple design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, generating documentation and bills of materials, and driving continuous improvement in design processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of custom machine design experience using SolidWorks.
- 2+ years of experience with automation systems and welding processes.
- Proficient in machine tool fundamentals, material science, power transmission, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated reliability and a track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
- Residence within a 45-minute commute of Brown Deer, WI; U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
