About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager/Practice Builder, you will lead and expand the Aviation team while managing relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include reviewing design documents for aviation projects, preparing analysis reports for airport planning, and providing leadership through vision and business strategy. You will also manage projects profitably, mentor staff, and have the autonomy to grow the business.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals and budgeting.
Preferred:
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.
