- 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in business development or corporate strategy.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects with successful outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
- Background in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic planning.
