Summary
HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Power Generation to join their team in various locations across the United States. The role involves managing natural gas and renewable energy generation projects while serving as Owner’s Engineer and/or Advisor.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop and maintain client relationships, achieve project goals, lead project teams, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and client expectations. You will also monitor project budgets and schedules, provide training and mentoring to team members, and report project progress to accounting and operations teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or combination of Degree and Relevant Project Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant power generation project experience
- Registered Professional Engineer
- PMP Certification
- Experience designing or managing simple cycle and combined cycle EPC projects
