About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Sia Experience, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of large-scale, integrated projects across multiple workstreams. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, manage expectations, and lead conversations. Your responsibilities will include mentoring project teams, making strategic decisions regarding project strategies, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring financial management of multi-discipline initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 4-5+ years of project management in an ad agency environment, with a heavy focus on 360 integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience managing campaigns that span multiple service types including social, paid media, digital/web builds, and creative production.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, managing day-to-day relationships and leading meetings.
Preferred:
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate roadblocks specific to paid media workflows.
- Skilled in project management tools (Kantata a plus) and budget management.
- Deep familiarity with creative production workflows.
