Summary
HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Health) to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves directing and coordinating work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity. Your duties will include establishing client relations, coordinating staffing and workload, tracking financial aspects of projects, implementing QA/QC procedures, and mentoring less-experienced Project Managers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Registered Architect
- Must be able to lead a team on projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
- Good planning and mentoring skills
- Commitment to being an active participant in the employee-owned culture
Preferred:
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED
- PMP certification
- Preference given to local candidates
