About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee transportation initiatives from concept through completion, guiding strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing complex projects, mentoring junior staff, navigating permitting processes, and representing BKF in client meetings and public forums.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing transportation civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and design using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Preferred:
- Experience in navigating complex permitting processes.
- Strong background in strategic market positioning.
