About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a Land Development team, establishing goals, and building positive client relationships. You will operate with integrity, provide vision and strategy, and manage projects profitably while mentoring staff. The role offers autonomy to grow the business and includes a bonus program with potential for ownership advancement.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and/or land owners.
Preferred:
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
