GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to provide senior level leadership in planning, budgeting, and overall management of major capital projects for a global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-complexity projects from conceptualization through design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing funding and commitments, building tracking platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to meet project goals and manage expectations.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
15 years of experience in project management/construction management.
$100 million in construction completed.
Preferred:
Experience with Major Research Projects and Green Field Design and Construction.
Architectural or Engineering background with zoning, planning, design, construction administration, compliance, and infrastructure system understanding.
