Summary
SCS Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their Environmental Services team in southeastern Pennsylvania. The role involves growing the company's presence in the environmental consulting market, particularly in the oil and gas/mining industry, utilities, manufacturing, and real estate.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing new and existing clients, managing profit/loss of Pennsylvania projects, and building a team of environmental services professionals. You will also play a lead role in new client acquisition and collaborate with others to enhance service value for existing clients. Your work will involve addressing various environmental challenges, including groundwater monitoring, hydrogeologic investigations, and environmental compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environmental-related science or engineering field.
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- 5+ years working at an environmental consulting firm.
- Pennsylvania Act 2 project experience.
- Business Development experience in the Pennsylvania market.
- Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.
Preferred:
- Membership/Experience with Pennsylvania professional organizations such as Pennsylvania PE or PG.
