About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, define project objectives, monitor financial performance, and serve as the primary contact for client feedback. You will also ensure compliance with client protocols and review all technical outputs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of both early-stage and detailed design processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the pulp and paper sector and established industry relationships.
- Proven track record in client development and account growth.
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
