About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, PMO, you will orchestrate project team activities to deliver product designs on schedule, focusing on vision and imaging products. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with Design Control processes, manage project schedules and budgets, and communicate project status across departments.
About You
Required:
- BS degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific/engineering field.
- 8 years experience leading teams in the development and commercialization of medical device products, or MS degree plus 6 years experience.
- Strong project/program management, planning, decision making, negotiating, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience developing medical device products through Design Controls with a high level of complexity.
Preferred:
- Exceptional aptitude for cultivating collaboration across department boundaries.
- Proven success in recognizing critical issues and driving them to closure.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Certification in project management (PMP).
