About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for determining project feasibility, developing and managing project budgets, establishing schedules, securing financing, and collaborating with public agencies and community groups. You will lead site acquisition efforts, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth transitions from development to occupancy, all while maintaining accountability to project timelines and budgets.
About You
Required:
- Minimum seven years’ experience in housing/real estate development, real estate finance, or planning.
- At least five years’ experience as a Housing Development Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, or planning or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Master’s in urban planning, Architecture, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
- Experience in design or engineering.
