Summary
BryceTech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves providing end-to-end project oversight and leadership across human capital management programs under a high-impact federal contract.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will interface with senior government stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure technical, administrative, and contractual success across concurrent initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and oversight, team and stakeholder management, operational excellence, analytical and risk management, and governance and compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in government or consulting environments.
- Strong experience interfacing with federal clients, including performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex, non-routine problems with a high level of analytical skill.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting human capital management initiatives within federal agencies.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
