About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in commercial office, retail, and/or industrial property management.
- Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, tax laws, and construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) professional designation or candidacy.
- Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Leadership experience and skills to empower team.
