About You
- 8+ years of experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Demonstrated experience selling or implementing public safety software.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud-based platforms and system interoperability.
- Senior-level leadership experience in public safety operations.
- Experience with 911 call handling systems and Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platforms.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
