Summary
Onetag is seeking a Senior Publisher Development Director to join their team in New York City. The role focuses on driving adoption of Onetag's AI-powered programmatic curation platform with Tier 1 and Tier 2 publishers, networks, and broadcasters across the Americas to expand Onetag's supply-side market presence.
About the Role
The Senior Publisher Development Director will lead sell-side sales strategies targeting top-tier publishers, networks, and broadcasters. Responsibilities include developing technical partnerships, collaborating with other Publisher Development Managers, working closely with the US customer success team to onboard and grow clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, attending industry events to promote Onetag, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
About You
Required:
- Experience selling programmatic solutions to digital publishers for display advertising, video, and CTV, preferably for an SSP.
- Strong understanding of programmatic integrations such as Pre Bid, Google Open Bidding, and Amazon TAM.
- Good knowledge of supply path optimization (SPO) strategies and seller-side audiences.
- Data-driven sales methodology with strong KPI focus.
- Ability to balance cold calling with personalized strategic outreach.
- Proactive, focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse audiences and cultures.
- Strong work ethic.
