About the Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily reviews of batch records, investigating and rectifying quality issues, participating in customer complaint investigations, conducting internal audits, providing QA oversight during manufacturing operations, assisting with audits and inspections, supporting quality training programs, mentoring junior QA staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
5 - 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
Technical writing experience.
Process auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

Working knowledge of good documentation practices and cGMP Regulations 21 CFR Part 210, 211, and 820.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
