About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of resolving quality issues quickly and cost-effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply corrective/preventive action frameworks (8D, 3x5 Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone, etc.).
- Solid understanding of ISO systems, Gage R&R, capability analysis, Weibull, and related quality tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with GD&T, ERP systems, QMS platforms, and statistical software such as Minitab.
- ASQ certification.
