CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Aerospace) to join their team in Reading, PA. The role involves supporting the Quality Department in planning, coordinating, and executing quality control activities to meet company and customer quality requirements.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will coordinate the development of standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. You will develop, organize, and maintain systems to verify product conformance to accepted quality standards, participate in new program/manufacturing plan meetings, and build quality into products and processes using APQP tools. Additionally, you will investigate and support corrective action activities, review Quality System documentation, and interface with customers on quality needs.
