About the Role
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will drive manufacturing process capability improvements, collect and analyze data for quality enhancement, lead problem-solving teams, manage supplier quality, and conduct audits. You will also be responsible for developing control plans and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
About You
Required:
- BS Engineering with 7+ years of experience in a quality related field or a minimum of 15+ years of progressive quality systems and process quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Masters of Science in Engineering.
- Experience with lean manufacturing in a high mix low volume environment.
