As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside the QS director on various public sector projects, including residential, education, blue lights, and healthcare. Your responsibilities will include delivering projects, providing pre and post contract services, and mentoring junior QS team members.
About You
Required:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
- UK PQS / Construction Consultancy experience.
- Excellent pre contract knowledge.
Preferred:
- Ideally MRICS, but not essential.
