About the Role
As a Senior RAPP Coordinator, you will lead the development of a borough-specific hub for RAPP, supervise hub-based staff, and ensure high-quality programming. You will oversee restorative and transformative justice practices, manage summer leadership programs, and guide youth leadership initiatives. Additionally, you will develop annual program goals, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee data entry and reporting.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field with active NYS licensure.
- 3–5 years of experience in youth programming, supervision, or clinical leadership.
- Strong commitment to equity, trauma-informed care, and project management.
