About the Role
As a Senior RCM/Dental Biller, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting electronic and paper claims, verifying claim accuracy, tracking outstanding claims, and managing accounts receivable. You will also coordinate with front office teams for insurance verification, assist with pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining detailed records of billing activities.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of dental billing experience in a multi-office or dental group setting.
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, CDT codes, and claim submission processes.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with PPO, HMO, and fee-for-service billing.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
