About the Role
As a Senior Real Estate Loan Servicing Specialist, you will work directly with members to analyze their financial situations and provide solutions. You will be responsible for the entire foreclosure process, including managing OREOs, and will play a key role in the merger team, solving complex issues innovatively. The position offers a hybrid-remote schedule with two days in-office and three days remote.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience (Foreclosure, short sales, deeds in lieu, etc.).
- 3+ years' experience in collecting bad debts.
- Experience conducting collection efforts on multiple loan products through all delinquency ranges and online collection system.
- Working knowledge of bankruptcy proceedings.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years collections experience.
- 2+ years prior credit union experience.
