- Strong background in complex real estate transactions.
- Skilled in due diligence, document preparation, and managing high-volume deal flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and third-party vendors.
