About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a subject matter expert for the recruiting team, analyze data and metrics to identify trends, partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, implement creative sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will also attend interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and support onboarding activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven recruiting success with measurable results.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Experience building and executing sourcing strategies.
Preferred:
- 5+ years managing all phases of recruitment.
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification.
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (ADP experience is a bonus!).
- Strong Microsoft Office and social media recruiting skills.
