DualEntry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team remotely. The role involves building the talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, EU, and LATAM.
About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies across various roles including engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership. You will source, engage, and close exceptional candidates, partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, and own the full-cycle recruiting process. Additionally, you will establish and improve candidate experience and build a repeatable recruiting process with analytics.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups.
- Deep sourcing expertise with creative strategies to attract talent.
- Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up.
Preferred:
- Analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources.
- Practical and high-speed recruitment approach.
