About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank systems.
- Current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer lending, particularly real estate secured loans.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with peer coaching and team development.
