About the Role
As a Senior Research Scientist, you will research, design, and implement novel methods for efficient deep learning, publish original research, speak at conferences, collaborate with internal and external researchers, mentor interns, and work with product groups to transfer technology.
About You
Required:
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in industrial research labs.
- 3+ years of relevant post-graduate research experience.
- Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of computer vision methods and deep learning.
- Background in pruning, quantization, NAS, and efficient backbones.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale model training including data preparation and model parallelization.
Preferred:
- Experience with large language models and large vision-language models.
- Excellent programming skills in Python and PyTorch; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA).
- An outstanding research track record and strong communication skills.

- Base salary range of $192k–$356.5k depending on level and experience.
