As a Senior Research Scientist I - DepMap Screening Manager, you will oversee the internal screening and profiling platform, ensuring high-quality screening data generation. Your responsibilities include coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, developing standard operating procedures, managing project timelines and budgets, mentoring team members, and maintaining accurate records using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). About You

Required:

Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genetics.
A minimum of three years of experience conducting large-scale CRISPR screens or utilizing other high-throughput screening methodologies.
Proficiency in laboratory automation, project management software, electronic lab notebooks (ELNs), and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Prior experience in personnel management.

Preferred:

Familiarity with cancer biology and therapeutic target identification.
Familiarity with SQL for querying laboratory data from backend databases.
