About the Role
As a Senior Resident Services Coordinator, you will provide individualized support to residents, facilitate community engagement, and coordinate services with various partners. Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, mentoring resident leaders, and maintaining strong collaboration with property management to support residents at risk of eviction.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in social services, with at least 2 years working in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) or with similar populations.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual ability in Spanish, Cantonese, or other languages.
- Experience partnering with external agencies and service providers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems.
