Summary
HTS is seeking a Senior Residential AV Technician Level 3 to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves installing equipment, programming systems, and leading Residential AV projects.
About the Role
As a Senior Residential AV Technician Level 3, you will work both independently and with team members to install and program AV systems. You will be responsible for leading projects, providing daily updates to the Project Manager, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring quality control. Your expertise will be crucial in executing complex AV installations and troubleshooting systems, while also mentoring less experienced technicians.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years AV field experience demonstrating proficiency in all job responsibilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- PCNA Certification (or comparable).
- Control4 Automation Programmer Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend system drawings, floor plans, job scopes, and instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Lutron RA3 Certification.
- RTI programming proficiency.
- URC programming proficiency.
- Savant programming proficiency.
- Detail-oriented and organized; multi-tasker.
- Self-motivated and task-driven.
