About the Role
As a Senior RF Test Technician, you will provide technical support to engineers, troubleshoot and repair RF and communications PCBs, perform system tests using various test equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will also assist in training new team members and document test data thoroughly.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in a test environment.
- Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Experience handling small delicate components and using ESD practices.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AC, DC, RF test and measurement equipment operation.
- Experience with test stand operation, anechoic chamber, and use of spectrum analyzers.
- Experience troubleshooting and tuning radars, antennas, or other RF devices.
- Knowledge of electronic component functions.
