About the Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and proactively growing new strategic business with key lifestyle, luxury goods, hotel, airline, cruise, and destination marketing clients. You will manage customer relationships throughout the RFP response process, engage with various teams for project creation, maintain accurate pipeline details within the CRM, and qualify leads to ensure profitable campaigns. The role requires frequent client communication and collaboration with multiple departments to deliver partnership campaigns effectively.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in client/agency sales with a proven track record of success.
- High level of customer service and professionalism.
Preferred:
- Established relationships with top media agencies, particularly in lifestyle, luxury goods, hotel, airline, cruise, and destination marketing.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
