About the Role
As the Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining the operations playbook, managing complex workflows, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize sales processes. Your role will include strategic project leadership, data analysis, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in Sales / Field Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
- Advanced Salesforce expertise: reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration.
- Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills: expert in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong project management skills: able to manage multiple projects from scope to delivery.
- Exceptional communication: clear, concise written and verbal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Tableau, Clari, Gong, Outreach, SQL.
- Experience with working closely with Enterprise Sales Operations.
