About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in the sciences; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, OD, MD, PharmD) preferred.
- At least 8 years of product development experience with 5 years in consumer eye care in the pharmaceutical industry or academia.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Direct experience in leading cross-functional and translational development.
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory compliance.
