About the Role
As a Senior Scientist, you will drive the development and deployment of next-generation AI/ML solutions that shape the future of drug discovery. Your responsibilities include developing predictive models, collaborating with IT and MLOps teams, translating complex insights into actionable strategies, and contributing to the scientific community through publications and presentations.
About You
Required:
- PhD in Data Science, Computational Science, or a related drug-discovery field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in data science, machine learning, and modern AI approaches.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Preferred:
- Experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-assisted molecular design.
- Familiarity with biology and/or chemistry.
- Experience applying AI/ML to off-target risk prediction or liability modeling.
