About the Role

As a Senior Scientist, Statistical Programming, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with departmental and company SOPs, supporting Business System Ownership of platforms, managing portfolio projects, driving compliance initiatives, and engaging with operational staff globally. You will also maintain high-quality SOPs and processes in line with regulatory requirements.

About You

Required:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field plus at least 2 years in a clinical trial environment in the pharmaceutical industry, and at least 3 years SAS or R programming experience.
Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus at least 5 years in a clinical trial environment in the pharmaceutical industry, and at least 3 years SAS or R programming experience.
Business Analyst (BA) experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of reporting processes that align with regulatory requirements and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Understanding of Statistical, Clinical, Medical Monitoring and Data Management concepts as applied to drug/vaccine development.

Preferred:

Ability to anticipate stakeholder requirements.
Focus on customers and ability to address stakeholders' needs.
Effective communication skills across multiple audiences.
Knowledge and experience in developing analysis and reporting deliverables for R&D projects.
Project leadership skills.
