Arcellx is seeking a Senior Scientist, Translational Biomarkers to join their team in Rockville, MD. The role involves designing, developing, and validating clinical biomarker assays to support cancer therapies.
About the Role
As a Senior Scientist, Translational Biomarkers, you will be responsible for developing robust clinical biomarker assays, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing assay transfers at CROs, and contributing to biomarker strategies. You will analyze and present data, prepare regulatory documents, and may supervise associate scientists.
About You
Required:
PhD in immunology, immuno-oncology, molecular and cellular biology or related field.
5+ years of biomarker experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of technology platforms for clinical biomarker assays.
Technical expertise in developing and validating clinical biomarker assays.
Experience managing CROs and understanding ICH/GCP regulatory requirements.
Preferred:
Knowledge of R and/or Python for data analysis.
Experience in a GCLP regulated environment.
