About the Role
As a Senior SEC Reporting & Policy Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. You will collaborate with the Finance and Investor Relations teams, support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and document technical accounting conclusions. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and enhancing financial reporting processes.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in public company accounting, preferably with Big 4 exposure.
- CPA certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with accounting and project management applications (e.g., Workiva, Workday, JIRA).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
