Summary
Acrisure is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their ETG Service Technology and Automation team in Austin, TX. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes.
About the Role
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for platform development, including designing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, configuring ITSM and other modules, building automation, and developing integrations with internal and external systems. You will also lead technical activities for ServiceNow upgrades, manage deployment pipelines, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data structures.
- Proven experience implementing and enhancing ITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
- Experience building API integrations, including OAuth-based and MID Server-based integrations.
- Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and enterprise operational workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Ability to design solutions that scale across global, complex businesses.
Preferred:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS: ITSM, HRSD, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSM, or other specialties.
- Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder.
- Knowledge of automation workflows for onboarding/terminations.
- Experience with CMDB governance and service mapping.
- Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
