Summary
World Wide Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide technical leadership and contribute to development, support, and configuration of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
About the Role
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will lead technical efforts for ServiceNow SPM, manage implementations and support with internal teams and external vendors, develop technical solutions, produce professional technical documentation, lead discussions with stakeholders, translate business requirements to technical teams, work in a Scaled Agile environment, promote platform-wide usage, advise ServiceNow Analysts, and focus on enabling new modules and enhancements.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module and architecture.
- Ability to translate business outcomes and requirements to technical teams.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead discussions and produce technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred:
- SPM Implementation certification.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment.
