About the Role
As a Senior ServiceNOW Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, administering, and configuring the ServiceNow platform. Your tasks will include developing and integrating various ServiceNow modules, supporting documentation efforts, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective implementation of IT solutions. You will also work with external staff and manage their contributions while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience working in a waterfall and agile development.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, PPM, Service Portal, and Employee Portal modules.
- Experience supporting the customization, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow tool.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.
Preferred:
- CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, or CTA preferred certifications.
- Experience with Automated testing Framework and Guided Tour Designer.
- Working knowledge of ITIL Foundations concepts.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
