About the Role
As a Senior Services Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers, managing a team of Ricoh employees. Your responsibilities will include P&L reconciliation, strategic program implementation, employee relations, and customer relationship management. You will ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive operational best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and business retention.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Strong technical understanding of networks, security, print servers, and print devices.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- ITIL Fundamentals certification.
- Proven ability to market new products and services.
