About the Role
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will consult with customers on incorporating AI into their observability workflows, assess their current tooling, and design integration strategies. You will work hands-on during implementation, guiding teams through connecting Hawkeye to their observability tools and running technical workshops on AI-assisted troubleshooting. This role is crucial in proving the value of AI-powered observability to technical teams.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or platform engineer managing production systems at scale.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and popular observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic.
Preferred:
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD platforms like GitHub and GitLab.
- Ability to articulate the difference between traditional monitoring and AI-assisted investigation.
