NeuBird AI is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team in Redwood City, CA. The role involves helping customers understand how AI transforms observability and incident response while integrating Hawkeye into their existing monitoring stack.
About the Role
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will consult with customers on incorporating AI into their observability workflows, assess their current tooling, and design integration strategies. You will work hands-on during implementation, guiding teams through connecting Hawkeye to their observability tools and running technical workshops on AI-assisted troubleshooting. This role is crucial in proving the value of AI-powered observability to technical teams.
About You
Required:
5+ years as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or platform engineer managing production systems at scale.
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and popular observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic.
Preferred:
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD platforms like GitHub and GitLab.
Ability to articulate the difference between traditional monitoring and AI-assisted investigation.
