- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong business acumen to assess the needs of small business clients
